How We Help

  • Counselling

At Noojimo Health, we provide confidential virtual mental health counselling for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis individuals and their families. We provide support honouring your unique cultural identity, lived experiences, and worldview.

  • School Program

The Mino-Bimaadiziwin program is a proven, Indigenous-led initiative dedicated to nurturing the well-being of students in your community. Our goal is to provide youth with culturally-grounded tools to build resilience and navigate life's challenges, fostering a balanced and good life (Mino-Bimaadiziwin).

  • EFAP Add-On

Noojimo is not a replacement for a standard benefits package but a crucial enhancement. It acknowledges that mainstream mental health services, often built on Western therapeutic models, may not adequately meet the unique needs of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples.

  • Temporary Capacity

Vital mental health services for can be disrupted during transition and staff turnover. The Temporary Capacity Support Program exists to bridge these gaps. We ensure that Indigenous clients continue to receive seamless, high-quality, and culturally grounded mental health support, even when a permanent counselling or social work role is vacant.

  • Emergency Support

When your community faces a crisis, our circle of helpers provides immediate virtual support to augment your frontline team. We offer seamless, culturally safe counselling that stays with your members, no matter where they are.
